A Project Manager is assigned to manage a project from inception to completion rather than having the project pass from one section or department to another as is typical in many other firms.  The Project Manager maintains continuity and has direct responsibility to guide the project through all its phases, ensuring client's schedules and budget goals are met.  Clients benefit from dealing with one individual who is knowledgeable of all facets of the project and can be responsive in an integrated and comprehensive manner to any change or problem which might arise.

  1. Quality Control Procedures
CEI is committed to providing only the highest quality of service to our clients.  To achieve this a Project Manager undergoes a review at or near the end of each major phase of work.  This review is facilitated by the Project Manager and is conducted by other Project Team Members as well as others not directly involved with the project.  Highly technical or complex projects will be subjected to a "peer review" by another engineering firm, with the client's permission.
